I have to be home when you pick up my clothes?
No.
As long as you give us clear instructions of where and when to pick
the items up, we can figure things out. Our goal is to make life
simple for you.
How
do I pay for my pickup items?
You
need to be registered with us. And don't worry, it's an easy process.
Do
you guarantee your work?
We
do our best with any job. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning,
please bring it back and we'll give it one more try at no cost to
you.
Do
you really do alterations on the spot?
Well, we can't guarantee that we will drop everything to get that
alteration done but we will surely try to get it ready when you
need it. We have a staff that is specially trained to fullfill your
alteration dreams. Is that good enough?
Can
you really clean my clothes on the same day I drop it off?
It all depends on the time of day we get it. Our production comes
in cycles (no pun intended) and if you come at the right time, you
can literally have your clothes back in a matter of a few hours.

If
I lose my buttons ...
We can usually replace it. Ray, our fearless leader, has a passion
for buttons and has been collecting them for years. They don't call
him Mr. Buttons for nothing!
